This engagement is designed to establish Genesis Law as a modern, multi-practice law firm through the development of a custom digital headquarters,

Our goal is to launch Genesis Law with the technology, marketing infrastructure, and automation systems needed to support future growth, strengthen your online presence, and create a seamless experience for prospective clients from their first interaction through consultation and beyond. As the firm continues to evolve, this foundation will support new practice areas, ongoing content creation, and future marketing initiatives while allowing you and your team to focus on delivering exceptional legal representation.

1. Genesis Law Digital Headquarters

Design and develop a modern digital headquarters that serves as the foundation of Genesis Law's online presence. The website will establish credibility, strengthen trust with prospective clients, and provide the framework for long-term growth through modern SEO, AI search optimization, and conversion-focused design.

As part of the Genesis Law launch, we'll introduce a dedicated Foreclosure Defense section within the primary website. Rather than launching a separate website immediately, this approach allows Genesis Law to begin building authority, search visibility, and educational content under the main brand while preserving the flexibility to expand into a standalone Foreclosure Defense website in the future.

Up to 2 hours of ongoing website updates and maintenance. Includes adding posts properly, updating copy/text, creating new pages and other standard tasks to help maintain the website. We will create a Cloudflare account for Genesis Law and share access with AZL to fully manage and support hosting.

Future Growth Roadmap

As Genesis Law continues to grow, the digital foundation established through this engagement can easily support future initiatives. Additional marketing services can be layered onto the CRM and website infrastructure as needed:

Project Terms & Commitment
1. Project Term
Phase 1 (Foundation): 3-4 weeks for custom website build.
Phase 2 (Maintenance): Ongoing monthly Web Maintenance begins in Month 2.
2. Investment & Payment
Phase 1 Setup Fees ($3,500) will be invoiced upon signing. Web Maintenance ($200/mo) begins 30 days post-signing.
3. Scope of Services
Services are as outlined in this proposal. Additional features, revisions, or page designs beyond the agreed scope require written approval and may be billed separately.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary copy outline guides, firm photos, legal credentials, branding assets, and feedback in a timely manner to keep the project on schedule.
5. Performance & Assurances
AZL Marketing implements industry-standard security and search engine optimization best practices. Specific marketing outcomes such as exact trial lead volumes, website traffic counts, or rankings are not guaranteed.
Agreement & Authorization
By entering your name and drawing your signature below, you accept this proposal and agree to the Phase 1 setup investment ($3,500), ongoing monthly web maintenance ($200/mo), and project terms outlined herein. You authorize Genesis Law and AZL Marketing to initiate the Phase 1 foundational build. Adam will email you the invoices for Phase 1 and your Web Maintenance shortly after signing.
